• Partner with the General Manager as a critical leadership partner and guide store staff.
• Develop and maintain selling and customer service skills across the team.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and help create a productive business environment.
• Develop client relationships and drive business initiatives and results.
• Set clear goals and expectations while holding employees accountable to high standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing talent team focused on exceptional retail experiences.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; business or fashion-related education is a plus.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of success.
• Ability to work at the New York, NY - Mercer Street location.
