Lead Supervisor I-2 (Retail)

Location: Natick, Massachusetts, USA (Natick-Coach); onsite retail store role

Base pay: $16.00–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives across store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build a customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies and long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support and enforce company and store policies.

Requirements

• 1+ year of equivalent experience managing in a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, carry, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, business acumen, collaboration, and results orientation.
• Ability to develop team members, provide direct feedback, and build effective teams.
