What you will do

• Assume the General Manager’s duties and responsibilities during their absence.
• Support store sales performance, customer satisfaction, daily standards, and associate coverage.
• Supervise sales, office, and inventory personnel, including recruiting, interviewing, coaching, training, meetings, and role plays.
• Enforce store policies, sales, credit, security, loss prevention, payroll, expense, and markdown controls.
• Manage merchandise displays, advertising programs, inventory activities, promotions, and store maintenance.
• Handle customer complaints and develop knowledge of jewelry repairs, custom design services, and minor repairs.

• Ability to achieve outstanding sales performance and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Ability to plan, organize, supervise, delegate, make decisions, and accept responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, persuasion, and influencing skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliability, dependability, and a team-oriented work style.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions and work under immediate supervision.
• Completion of required information security, safety, minimum training, and associated assessment requirements.
