Creator Operations Manager (CapCut)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days per week

Salary: $88,000–$202,667 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

hirify.global Joint Venture operates CapCut and other apps under a U.S. data privacy and cybersecurity program focused on protecting national security and U.S. user data.

What you will do

• Develop structured systems for recruiting and managing CapCut creators and agencies.
• Manage creator and agency enablement programs and provide growth strategies based on performance data.
• Partner with the commercial team on creator and agency monetization.
• Work with the content team to improve in-app content quality and increase target content production.
• Collaborate with the recommendation team to scale the production and distribution of high-quality templates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in talent management at short-video or livestreaming platforms or MCNs.
• Experience with creator recruitment, agency management, and creator monetization.
• Familiarity with digital content ecosystems, platforms, and data analytics.
• Availability to work fully in person in San Jose, up to 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of short-video creation or editing and familiarity with CapCut, Adobe, Alight Motion, or similar tools.
• Organized and structured mindset with strong target breakdown, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
