Creator Operations Manager, TikTok Local Services - USDS

Location: Los Angeles Operations, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $70,304–$143,556 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Oversee onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows for TikTok Local Services creators.
• Improve content production quality and operational efficiency.
• Develop online and offline campaigns and programs to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data, and Engineering teams to scale creator programs.
• Provide input on product roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in creator management, creator strategy, or in-house creator or influencer operations at a technology company.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of creator performance metrics.
• Ability to work fully in person in Los Angeles Operations, up to 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of ecosystem growth and strategy.
• Proficiency with querying and analytical tools such as SQL.
