Community Associate (Influencer Marketing)

What you will do

• Support ambassador initiatives across internal and external community programs.
• Plan and coordinate digital and in-person events for the ambassador community.
• Maintain accurate ambassador information and support product sampling and ordering for launches.
• Create content for community-focused social media platforms and manage related inboxes.
• Support Threads for Threads charitable giving efforts and communications with nonprofit partners.
• Assist with digital design and other content creation needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
• Experience reporting on influencer marketing campaigns and related initiatives.
• Clear and effective communication through email, phone, and social media.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and the digital creator space.
• Interest in influencer marketing, relationship management, and the healthcare sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a self-driven, adaptable, and positive approach.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Excel, Shopify, CreatorIQ, and other social reporting tools.
• Experience with digital design and content creation.
