What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of US creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows.
• Develop data-driven strategies to increase creator growth, engagement, and sustainable monetization.
• Manage creator partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to streamline and scale the US creator program.
• Build scalable processes for content production, curation, and supplier management.
• Provide content insights that inform product development, daily usage, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in creator operations or community management within the US market.
• Strong understanding of US lifestyle content trends and creator/KOL operations methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with global or international teams while focusing on the US market.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and execute in a high-pressure environment.
