Location: Remote; applicants must be based in AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, or WA, or in Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. Travel for in-person experiences and flexible working hours around live programming and cohort milestones are required.
Salary: $138,000β$165,000 USD annually. The stated range applies to NYC, California, and Washington and may be adjusted by location.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end community experience for Executive and Certificates cohorts, from onboarding and daily engagement through alumni programming.
- Set community strategy and create rituals, programming, and connections that build engaged professional networks.
- Facilitate conversations, answer learner questions, connect participants, and maintain a welcoming community environment.
- Manage multiple cohorts while monitoring engagement, sentiment, and retention and re-engaging learners when needed.
- Build community platforms, channels, playbooks, templates, automations, and AI-enabled workflows for scale.
- Partner with Events, Product, Marketing, Program, and Support to improve learner experiences and support live and in-person programming.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in community management, learner or member experience, customer engagement, or a related field, including direct ownership of a community program.
- Experience building and growing an engaged online community from an early or ambiguous starting point.
- Exceptional written communication and facilitation skills for sophisticated professional or executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Circle, Slack, Discord, Discourse, Mighty Networks, or similar community platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cohorts and programs simultaneously.
- Experience using engagement and retention data to test ideas and improve community experiences; willingness to travel and flex working hours for live programming is required.

- Experience supporting learner leaders, mentors, alumni advocates, or executive education communities.
- Curiosity about emerging technology and AI-enabled community workflows.
