Senior Test Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $125,000–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Develop, plan, and implement strategies for analyzing test results from complex system activities.
• Prepare, maintain, update, and review test plans, Test and Evaluation Strategies, requirements, objectives, and procedures.
• Prepare Test and Evaluation Master Plans and monitor test events, analyses, and reports.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, technical analyses, performance predictions, and trade-off studies.
• Support certification, rapid development, and operational test events, including test-data collection.
• Manage test cases, evaluations, demonstrations, training, and mentoring for other test managers.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must hold and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, engineering management, electrical engineering with an RF focus, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience, including 5 years in the Department of Defense.
• Professional experience with tactical data links.
