Short-Form Content Strategist — B2B & Founder Media

What you will do

• Audit short-form performance, source content, audience, offers, and workflow.
• Build and maintain format and hook libraries for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create weekly concepts, scripts or shot plans, visual treatments, editor briefs, and calls to action.
• Direct editors, provide feedback, and coordinate delivery through publishing recommendations.
• Run structured tests across hooks, topics, formats, visual treatments, and CTAs.
• Review retention, completion, engagement, profile actions, email sign-ups, booked calls, and attributed leads.

Requirements

• Recent strategy experience in B2B, AI, SaaS, business, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, podcasts, or expert-led creator content.
• Hands-on ownership from concept and hook development through editor direction and analytics review.
• Current knowledge of platform-native short-form formats.
• Two recent examples showing exact contribution and decision-making.
• At least one quantified business result tied to qualified engagement, email growth, booked calls, pipeline, sales, or revenue.
• Ability to coordinate a small production team and build AI-assisted workflows with human quality assurance.

• Experience transforming long-form material into original short-form concepts.
