B2C Marketing Working Student / Intern (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the US

hirify.global is an AI talent agent that proactively connects strong candidates with companies such as Luminai, Windsurf, and Mintlify.

What you will do

• Build and execute campaigns that attract talent to hirify.global's platform.
• Support paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other B2C channels.
• Create social media content, blog posts, newsletters, and other materials for the US talent community.
• Help grow the social media presence and support community engagement through virtual events, webinars, and AMAs.
• Track signups, activation, engagement, and referrals while identifying effective acquisition channels.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ad creatives, and synthesize user feedback to improve the talent experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a US university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Passion for B2C marketing and consumer growth.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interest in experimentation and measuring the impact of marketing work.
