Content Creator & Social Media Manager (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid schedule with part-time office attendance in Atlanta

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day strategy and operations of hirify.global and AskMD social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Build content calendars and publish platform-native content based on trends and audience behavior.
• Concept, script, shoot, edit, and write captions for recurring short-form video series, including myth-busting, interviews, and live event content.
• Use AI-assisted production tools to automate and scale content creation and improve campaign efficiency.
• Coordinate writers, producers, editors, talent, and Atlanta collaborators across a fast test-and-learn production pipeline.
• Manage community engagement, track performance, support launches and events, and route health-related guidance through brand and clinical review.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing brand or creator social channels with demonstrated audience and engagement growth.
• Hands-on experience conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form video; comfort appearing on voice or camera when needed.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube formats, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
• Strong storytelling, brand voice, analytical, and project management skills.
• Based in Atlanta and connected to the city’s culture, sports, and events.
• Comfort with a fast, iterative working pace and coordination of contributors on tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with or openness to AI-assisted production tools.
• Interest in health and wellness; medical experience is not required.
