What you will do

• Develop and evolve cross-platform social media strategies for TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design and optimize integrated paid and organic campaigns, managing budgets and performance tracking via KPIs like CAC and ROAS.
• Scale influencer and creator partnerships across tech and AI communities to balance authenticity with performance.
• Partner with Comms, DevRel, and Product Marketing to create high-impact, developer-first content.
• Stay current on AI advancements and internet culture to maintain hirify.global's voice and leadership in the community.
• Utilize social listening tools to shape proactive dialogue with developers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing (or 8+ years with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar).
• 1+ year of experience in people management.
• Proven track record of managing paid and organic campaigns with measurable impact.
• Experience with social media publishing platforms and influencer/creator ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Proficiency with hirify.global and hirify.global Copilot.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or attribution platforms.
• High creative judgment paired with performance-driven thinking.
