Senior People Business Partner

Location: Remote in Colorado, United States; the posting also includes a hybrid designation.

Salary: $115,719–$138,868 USD annual compensation range.

What you will do

• Coach managers on performance, feedback, development, conflict, team dynamics, and difficult people decisions.
• Lead complex performance and employee relations matters across North America.
• Partner with managers on team health, engagement, talent, performance, and organizational change.
• Analyze patterns across teams and use People data to identify emerging themes and risks.
• Work with Functional HRBPs and People team partners without duplicating responsibilities.
• Help build and scale the new Regional HRBP model, including approaches using technology, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• Experience as a People/HR Business Partner or in a role coaching managers through significant people and team challenges.
• Strong working knowledge of US employment practices is required.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple US states is strongly preferred; broader North American experience is a plus.
• Strong manager coaching, judgment, independent decision-making, and escalation skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, identify patterns, and collaborate across teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience using engagement, performance, attrition, workforce, or other People data.
• Interest in People analytics or visualization tools and AI applications in People work.
• Experience building or improving HR models and working through mergers, integrations, rapid growth, or major organizational change.
