What you will do

• Design and evolve compensation philosophy, salary structures, and job architecture within the Alphabet ecosystem.
• Lead annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
• Partner with Finance on headcount planning, workforce cost modeling, and budget alignment.
• Develop competitive incentive programs, specifically tailored for AI and ML talent.
• Build people analytics tools and reports to provide leadership with insights into organizational health and attrition.
• Advise leaders on talent strategy, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner.
• Deep expertise in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Compensation Consulting.
• Proven experience leading annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, and job leveling.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience partnering with Finance on workforce planning and budget modeling.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
