What you will do

• Build and maintain product requirements and prioritized user story backlogs with product owners and business stakeholders.
• Drive requirements gathering, functional design, prototyping, process and scenario design, testing, training, support procedures, and implementation activities.
• Translate business concepts and data into software features, product capabilities, insights, and business value.
• Advance adoption of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework practices across cross-functional teams.
• Work with data engineers to automate integrations and enable data flow to Anaplan, Tableau, and other reporting platforms.
• Manage end-to-end development requirements, dependencies, risks, decisions, and backlog delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the offered role or an Information Systems-related occupation.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, software development lifecycles, product delivery, and Agile ceremonies.
• Experience with biopharma, pharmaceutical, or healthcare coverage and pricing intelligence.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with SDLC requirements, functional specifications, UAT, regression testing, deployment, DevOps, CI/CD, data pipelines, Anaplan, Python, R, SQL, Databricks, ETL frameworks, and AWS data technologies.
