Business Analyst III (340B - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office attendance 1–2 days per week; candidates must live within reasonable commuting distance of an hirify.global office.

Salary: $80,960–$121,440 per year for candidates working in Illinois.

What you will do

• Analyze complex end-user needs and determine effective solutions.
• Translate business needs into application software requirements.
• Develop project plans and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Work with programming staff to incorporate requirements into system design and testing.
• Support software users by addressing questions and issues.
• Provide direction to team members and act as a subject-matter resource.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 1–2 office days per week and remain within commuting distance of an office.
