Business Analyst Operations

Location: Minneapolis - Corporate / Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States. Onsite corporate role with up to 10% travel as needed.

Salary: $61,714.90–$98,765.37 annually.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, presentations, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Govern operational datasets and ensure their accuracy, consistency, reliability, and accessibility.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for better operational outcomes.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes and serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to support decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to gather, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems and reporting tools quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, presentations, or analytical tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, Smartsheet, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
