Business Systems Analyst II

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Base salary: $66,700–$100,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver business-as-usual reporting to multiple wealth management and supervision business lines.
• Develop data, reporting, and automation solutions using Power BI, Salesforce/CRM, Excel, AI capabilities, and other development tools.
• Collaborate with business users to define and deliver end-to-end reporting and process solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing and future data deliverables, analytics, and processes.
• Connect data points across multiple systems to produce meaningful activity insights.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and ongoing operational support for business goals.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, relationship, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a data and reporting environment, or relevant educational exposure to data or computer science.
• Willingness to learn new tools supporting AI transformations and end-to-end process development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience working on a data delivery team.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, and SQL.
