Electrical Project Engineer III/Senior

Location: Findlay, Ohio, United States. Hybrid work schedule with 25–35% travel to field locations and fabrication sites, including overnight travel. Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

• Manage multiple electrical projects through conceptual, feasibility, definition, implementation, and start-up or close-out phases.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, schedules, engineering designs, and equipment and material selections.
• Coordinate with departments, subject matter experts, technicians, vendors, supply chain, and project controls.
• Prepare bid requests, evaluate contractors, and oversee construction execution.
• Monitor quality, cost, schedule, safety, environmental performance, and project documentation.
• Apply engineering standards and regulatory requirements and support construction permitting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with electrical and control systems, including medium- and low-voltage distribution, MCCs, PLCs, instrumentation, conduit, wire, and fiber infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required for field and fabrication-site travel.
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
