What you will do

• Lead project scope definition, objectives, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage vendor and supplier contracts, assign tasks, and track commitments against project requirements.
• Provide remote and onsite project management, technical support, installation, commissioning, and sales support for industrial power generation equipment.
• Create online diagrams, wiring diagrams, and work instructions for MV and LV switchgear, motor control centers, and power distribution centers.
• Support integration of hirify.global products with building management, transfer switch and switchgear, energy management, and utility protection systems.
• Assist with onsite product operation during substantial completion testing and certifications, while sharing field feedback with Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience installing and operating power generation equipment.
• Knowledge of project management tools and terminology, including SOW, Gantt, and RASIC.
• Advanced knowledge of AC and DC circuitry, mechanical design, power generation, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Knowledge of diesel and natural gas engine maintenance, troubleshooting, generator controls, protective relays, PLCs, and control or automation devices.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically 25% to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent project management training.
• Experience with power generation products, electronics or electromechanical technology, and SAP or an equivalent ERP.
• Knowledge of UL, NEC, ASME, IEC, NEMA, and NFPA standards.
