Territory Account Rep (Electrical Solutions)

What you will do

• Achieve the assigned sales quota and support growth across the territory.
• Manage customer and distributor relationships, understand requirements, and develop suitable electrical solutions.
• Increase wallet share in existing accounts and generate new growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage distributors, encouraging channel partners to expand the business.
• Maintain Salesforce updates and provide reporting and forecasting for business planning.
• Act as the primary contact between customers and internal teams while coordinating solutions to unexpected problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, process control, automotive, machinery, food and beverage, or energy products.
• Understanding of channel-based selling and distributor management.
• Ability to develop presentations and proposals, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, collaborate effectively, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business conditions.
