Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Moncure/Pittsboro, North Carolina, United States; may include up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Compensation: $95,591–$116,834 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead third-shift activities for production crews and provide direct supervision and employee development.
• Drive environmental health and safety, quality, and productivity results in alignment with plant goals.
• Plan production priorities, allocate work, regulate processes, and monitor rates, yields, and product quality.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate changeovers and address scheduling, quality, runtime, and downtime issues.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen sessions, Lean Management deployment, tier processes, and cost-reduction programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least five combined years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• One year of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and solving problems in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Green Belt project experience or certification is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Green Belt certification or participation in Green Belt projects.
