Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Location: Onsite in Niagara Falls, New York, United States. The position is open only to U.S. Persons as defined by applicable ITAR and EAR regulations.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Direct production processes and personnel during the third shift.
• Handle timekeeping, progress reviews, corrective counseling, and other production administration.
• Monitor process data, specification compliance, production equipment, and operational integrity.
• Compile and enter production records and provide accurate data to production support teams.
• Train and develop production staff on policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
• Coordinate with scheduling, engineering, and other support departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree, or a high school diploma with relevant training and experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a related production environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of related production equipment operations.
• Safety and hazardous materials awareness training is preferred.
• Eligibility as a U.S. Person is required because of ITAR and/or EAR-controlled information.
