Production Supervisor - Off-Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Bedford, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing role on the 7pm–5am EST shift.

Pay range: $73,200–$117,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead one or two production areas and provide daily support to manufacturing teams.
• Plan and facilitate work to achieve production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
• Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and support employee development.
• Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards and respond to product and process nonconformances.
• Conduct root-cause analyses, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and implement process improvements.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, value stream projects, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standard work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with three or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to supervise, schedule, and evaluate employees in a union and/or non-union environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, technical materials, and government regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication, analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work routine off-shift hours, with occasional overtime, weekend work, or shift rotation.
