Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Alsip, Illinois, United States; onsite production and warehouse setting; 2nd shift, primarily 3pm–3am, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $68,000–$85,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel across manufacturing activities on the second shift.
• Implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, staffing, costs, and profitability.
• Track machine and labor efficiency metrics and guide production associates toward scorecard objectives.
• Support capacity planning and on-time delivery for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide technical support, resolve order issues, and manage training, employee relations, and performance development.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, regulatory requirements, and worker and environmental safety.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and process optimization methods.
• Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. and occasional travel required.
