Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; onsite production and warehouse environment; 2nd shift

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel across manufacturing operations.
• Implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, staffing, cost, and profitability.
• Track machine and labor efficiency metrics and guide production associates toward scorecard objectives.
• Support capacity planning to meet internal and external on-time delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Guide staffing, training, employee relations, performance management, technical support, and order-problem resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production technologies, facility operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of worker, environmental, and site safety practices.
• Ability to manage day-to-day and strategic operational requirements in a manufacturing facility.
• Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
