Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Finance)

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise a team of CX Representatives and Specialists.
• Contact customers about overdue balances, send payment reminders, and negotiate payment plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing disputes and payment inquiries.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and track collection efforts.
• Provide management with regular updates on collection performance.
• Evaluate and enhance customer experience practices, procedures, and digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar function.
• Experience in a multinational company is desirable.
• Global Business Services Center experience is a plus for GBS roles.
