What you will do

• Generate, review, and distribute accurate customer invoices.
• Record incoming payments and allocate them to customer accounts.
• Monitor receivable balances, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve collection issues with customers.
• Coordinate the resolution of billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare and analyze aging reports for management.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support related financial and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an accounts receivable role, ideally in industrial manufacturing and B2B environments.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, and effective time management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
