A/R Supervisor (Accounts Receivable)

What you will do

• Supervise employees responsible for billing, cash application, and collections.
• Coordinate timely invoice preparation, billing adjustments, cash application, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Review accounts receivable aging statements and drive action on overdue balances.
• Train, onboard, and develop employees while managing performance against defined metrics.
• Escalate complex accounts receivable risks and resolve customer, field, billing, pricing, and cash-related inquiries.
• Monitor accounting service systems, reports, and logs to identify discrepancies and ensure timely ticket resolution.

Requirements

• Experience supervising clerical staff.
• At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in accounts receivable or billing.
• Ability to work onsite at the Livonia, Michigan office.
