Workday Reporting Analyst

What you will do

• Support the People Analytics and Workforce Reporting strategy, operating model, and execution.
• Design, optimize, implement, and deploy Workday reporting and analytics solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and internal customers throughout the report development lifecycle, from intake through deployment.
• Assess COE processes and configurations to improve data reliability in reporting and analytics.
• Support Workday enhancements, including impact assessment, implementation, and testing.
• Develop HR scorecards, metrics, and data summaries for HR peers, executive leaders, and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Workday report development experience.
• Experience with Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reporting, plus dashboard configuration.
• Strong HCM, Talent, and Recruiting systems experience focused on report development and analytics.
• Understanding of HCM data and its application in reporting and analytics.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Workday Reporting certification.
• Workday Studio and BIRT experience.
