Data Analyst (Reporting & Insights)

Location: Hybrid role based at or near Alexandria, Virginia, working on and off the client site across the Mid-Atlantic region. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Analyze datasets and generate insights for human capital strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop automated reporting capabilities and self-service analytics to reduce manual reporting requests.
• Produce accurate reports, dashboards, documentation, and compliance evidence for decision-making.
• Support integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
• Improve operational efficiency through process automation, business intelligence, and performance-based service delivery.
• Support regulatory compliance and federal human capital management policies for a National Science Foundation engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field.
• 3–5 years of analytics experience.
• SQL and data analytics proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
