Clinical Reporting Analyst

Location: Lisle, Illinois, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $20.51–$36.09 per hour

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports for clinical operations, compliance tracking, and business decision-making.
• Analyze and reconcile data from Salesforce, Banner, ELMS, Power BI, and other clinical education, compliance, and CRM systems.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights into operational performance.
• Investigate data inconsistencies and system issues through validation, quality assurance reviews, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Compliance, Experiential Learning, faculty, and leadership to deliver reporting solutions.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, data migrations, reporting automation, and stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of reporting or data analytics experience and 1–2 years of prior customer service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is mandatory, including complex lookup functions, data merging, and reconciliation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn technical systems and environments.
• Detail-oriented problem solver who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive solutions.
• Strong written, oral communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Banner, ELMS, and/or Power BI.
• Experience with project management and/or change management.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
