Technical Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Review incident data to identify service-improvement opportunities, patterns, anomalies, and changes over time.
• Compare current incident records with historical data to contextualize project performance.
• Create charts, dashboards, and narrative reports that explain incident trends, root causes, and recommended actions.
• Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
• Develop preventive maintenance recommendations aimed at reducing incident frequency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and project management teams to validate findings and improve preventive strategies.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends in reported failure rates and SCMY rates.
• Ability to design and own KPIs associated with client success and optimize business operations.
• Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, handle multiple assignments, and collaborate with team members.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, focus, and a sense of urgency.
