What you will do

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Define project scopes and objectives, involve stakeholders, and confirm technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage resource allocation, scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance, report status, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, mitigate project risks, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
• Technical background with understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Education in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred for technical project management.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
