IT Project Manager I

Location: Customer site in Piketon, Ohio, United States

Engineering and technical services consulting company providing engineering, environmental, nuclear safety, decommissioning, and IT project support to federal government, energy, utility, and industrial clients.

What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of technology projects and clarify project scope.
• Develop project plans, schedules, policies, procedures, and team structures.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and keep projects on target.
• Build working relationships with team members, vendors, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Coordinate activities across organizational functions and lead project teams in a matrixed environment.
• Manage project risks, resources, budgets, reporting, and executive sign-off on cost and schedule.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 6 years of related experience.
• Active DOE L or Q clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment and motivate and influence stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of software design and development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a budget.
