Salary: $166,400–$187,200 per year

What you will do
- Direct the end-to-end delivery of IT and business projects using Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Build detailed schedules, identify critical paths, plan resources, and enforce project scheduling standards.
- Prepare communication plans, lead stakeholder updates and executive status reviews, and facilitate retrospectives.
- Manage project financials, capital expenditure, cost-to-completion forecasts, schedules, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, and legal stakeholders on RFPs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor negotiations.
- Lead matrixed teams of 5–25 contributors while managing risks, issues, scope changes, and PMO improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT or business project management.
- At least 2 years of experience working in information technology, with knowledge of applications, databases, networking, telecommunications, and security compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative project lifecycles and scheduling tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus basic familiarity with Clarity, MS Project, or Jira.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder influence, budget management, and vendor-management skills.
Nice to have
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with legal and procurement teams on vendor RFPs and SOW negotiations.
