What you will do

• Create, optimize, and manage project schedules, milestone plans, success criteria, objectives, and requirements across multiple product lines.
• Drive delivery against scope, quality, schedule, resource, and budget constraints.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and go-live readiness while developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Analyze business and technical trade-offs, propose solutions, and guide decisions and issues to resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status to stakeholders and senior management, and maintain shared project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold contributors accountable for commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with project or program management.
• Strong planning, prioritization, analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or directly supervising a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to establish priorities and achieve delivery goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project or program management experience.
• Ability to work from the Cleveland, Ohio office.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development or software migration projects.
• PMP certification.
