Machine Operator - Mill 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and related manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products against quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting equipment changeovers and daily production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, safety awareness, reliability, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, and work around noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Nice to have

• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement and process enhancements.
