Machine Operator - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Youngsville, North Carolina, United States; onsite at the Youngsville manufacturing facility.

Salary: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience, plus a second-shift pay differential and a monthly productivity and profit bonus.

What you will do

• Operate CNC, press brake, or punch equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Keep production running during the second shift to support first-shift production.
• Use hand tools, tape measures, and basic math in daily manufacturing work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
• Produce neat, consistent, and repeatable finished work.
• Collaborate effectively as part of the manufacturing team.

Requirements

• Previous CNC, press brake, or punch operation experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to read tape measures and use basic math.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Physical stamina and strength, including the ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent; satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required.
