Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: hirify.global, 2010 42nd Avenue West, Suite 100, Alexandria, MN 56308, United States. Full-time third shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM.

Compensation: $17.20–$31.90 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate assembly equipment to meet production requirements.
• Manufacture and package electrical fasteners.
• Perform periodic product inspections using basic inspection equipment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain optimal machine operating speeds.
• Complete daily production reports and perform autonomous maintenance procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain 5S standards.

Requirements

• Ability to operate production assembly equipment.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, or gage blocks for basic inspections.
• Strong addition and multiplication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal, written, and safety instructions and communicate with team members and leaders.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, work varied jobs, and work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to walk and climb to work locations, sit and stand for extended periods, and lift materials up to 25 pounds.
