Training Coordinator - Pharmacy, Health and Wellness Operations (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 4910 Executive Ct S, Frederick, Maryland, United States. Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Hourly wage: $24.00–$37.00, with possible performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Coordinate and facilitate pharmacy and health and wellness certification courses, including Pharmacy Technician University.
• Coordinate computer-based learning and monitor training participation, compliance, process reports, logs, and documentation.
• Train associates on machinery preparation, operation, troubleshooting, procedures, and equipment safety.
• Develop training programs and materials by analyzing needs, adapting content, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to implement processes and improve results.
• Lead and participate in teams while providing feedback, support, mentoring, and guidance through operational changes.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a pharmacy environment or training other associates or employees.
• Meet applicable state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, including age, qualification, registration, certification, or licensure requirements.
• Obtain a national certification certificate from PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) within one year of starting the job.
• Must work onsite at the Frederick, Maryland facility.

Nice to have

• Certification or coursework in focus group or meeting facilitation.
• Experience as a full-time trainer in a manufacturing environment.
• Active national certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or National Healthcareer Association.
