What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees.
  • Manage training plans, curricula, qualification requirements, assignments, completion tracking, and employee status in the LMS.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready training records in accordance with approved procedures and retention requirements.
  • Partner with supervisors and subject matter experts to develop, update, and deliver training materials, assessments, and qualification activities.
  • Provide compliance reports covering completion, certification status, overdue assignments, and training trends.
  • Support audits, identify training gaps, and recommend improvements to content, delivery methods, and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential records.
