Branch Trainer

Location: OPS- Katy, TX C32, United States; on-site warehouse role

Salary: $22.75–$33.00 per hour

What you will do

• Train new hires during their first several months and coordinate training schedules across shifts and departments.
• Mentor, motivate, and retrain team members to meet quality, productivity, safety, and company standards.
• Work with supervisors and branch management to improve warehouse productivity and daily operations.
• Perform and support warehouse activities including shipping, replenishment, receiving, docking, inventory handling, and equipment operation.
• Conduct observations, provide feedback, and promote a safe work environment through meetings and safety activities.
• Communicate operational needs to management and respond flexibly to short-notice training requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current hirify.global team member, preferably with more than 12 months in the current position, a recent performance score of at least 3.0, and no corrective action above Coach Counsel within the past six months.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and machinery, with the ability to operate equipment at the location.
• Leadership ability, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to develop others and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Catalyst.
• Proficient spoken and written English required; able to bend, twist, reach, push, lift 50 pounds, and stand for eight hours per day for up to six days per week.
