Pharmacy Clinical Trainer

What you will do

• Develop and deliver clinical training programs for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Lead onboarding processes, including competency-based check-ins and skill verification.
• Maintain floor presence to monitor compliance and identify training gaps.
• Conduct in-process observations and audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address CAPA entries and provide targeted remediation.
• Support regulatory inspections by preparing training documentation and evidence of compliance.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience as a practicing pharmacist, preferably in operations, mail-order, or compounding.
• Strong knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, <800> standards and cGMP regulations.
• Experience in training, teaching, or clinical education within a pharmacy setting.
• Must be able to work on-site in New Albany, Ohio, with flexibility for day/night shifts and travel between sites.
