What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with business priorities and operational objectives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Coach managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, career development, goal setting, and performance improvement.
• Support organizational change, culture initiatives, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure consistent execution of HR programs and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Analyze workforce metrics covering turnover, engagement, retention, productivity, and workforce planning, and turn findings into recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR business partnership, talent management, organizational development, or employee relations.
• Experience supporting employees at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, consulting, influencing, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with workforce planning, data analysis, project management, and change management.
• SHRM or HRCI certification and a master’s degree are preferred.
