What you will do
- Advise business leaders as a strategic HR partner and align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support performance management, employee relations, investigations, and corrective action decisions.
- Contribute to workforce planning and provide responsive customer service to employees and leaders.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
- Demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license for the vehicles used and an acceptable driving record.
