Logistics Operations Engineer

Salary: $71,218.32–$123,834.84 per year

What you will do

• Manage government property across asset management, inventory control, accountability, transfers, and disposal.
• Operate warehouse facilities and reconcile inventory against Mission Integration Directorate records.
• Conduct periodic inventory sampling and annual inventories of deployed assets and designated property.
• Document property transfers, retrieve issued assets after required use dates, and maintain acquisition and disposition records.
• Create, implement, review, and execute asset management and warehouse operations SOPs.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, local deliveries, transportation services, loading dock activities, and warehouse safety training.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years with a master’s degree, or 0–2 years with a PhD.
• Must possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• At least 5 years of experience in material handling or management and facilities operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and warehouse and environmental safety.
• Experience with intelligence community customer property management standards from inventory through disposal.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate government-provided cargo vans for local delivery.
