Salary: $34,320–$43,492 per year; disclosed pay range of $16.50–$20.91 per hour

What you will do
- Safely unload incoming raw materials and goods, and load outgoing mail trays and pallets onto postal and freight trucks.
- Stage raw paper stock at printing presses and remove finished goods from production lines to support continuous production.
- Verify shipping documents, enter received shipments into PWMS, label materials, and complete monthly inventory audits.
- Operate roll clamps to load master print rolls and handle paper stock, mail trays, and print materials without damage.
- Set up and adjust slitter machine blades, guides, and counter settings according to job ticket specifications.
- Inspect equipment before operation, monitor cut quality with calipers or rulers, and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of forklift operating experience, preferably in a direct mail or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods in a busy production environment.
- Ability to read shipping and receiving documents and match material codes to client print runs.
- Forklift certification is not required; training and certification are available for reliable, motivated, safety-conscious candidates.
- Basic inventory software familiarity is helpful but not required.
