Facilities Asset Manager (Requirements & Optimization)

Location: 100% onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States

Salary: $95,000–$100,000 per year. The desired range is $90,000–$100,000.

hirify.global supports an Engineering Operations Support program involving facility and asset management activities.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily contract operations and related meetings and deliverables with internal and external customers.
• Optimize lifecycle investment planning and preventive maintenance activities in line with government guidance.
• Maintain facility condition assessments in sustainment management systems such as BUILDER, PAVER, and GIS.
• Analyze large quantities of operational and asset data to identify trends, anomalies, and errors.
• Oversee small facility construction and repair projects from scoping and estimating through inspection and close-out.
• Manage warranty and equipment manual databases and conduct root cause analysis for premature system failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture; other disciplines may be accepted with additional facility management experience.
• At least one year of facility and asset management experience in a military, government, or multi-facility campus environment.
• At least one year of experience performing facility and equipment condition assessments.
• Experience with construction or facility management software, GIS software, and facility-related databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Must pass a drug screen and be able to obtain and maintain a US government-issued security clearance.
